John Hadden is Chief Executive Officer of Alshaya Group, one of the world's leading brand franchise operators, whose portfolio across MENA, Türkiye and Europe includes Starbucks, H&M, Shake Shack and Bath and Body Works. He joined Alshaya in 1997 as Property Director, led Starbucks' European team in Amsterdam, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
