You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to break into it, overload it, collect data from it by automated means, or use it to send spam. The forms are for genuine enquiries.

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate, but programmes, dates, speakers and venues can change, and the site is provided “as is”. Please check with us before making travel or business plans that depend on it.

02Content and ownership

The text, photographs, films, recordings, design and logos on this site belong to MECSR or are used with the permission of their owners. Company names and logos of partners, exhibitors and other organisations belong to those organisations.

You may view the site and share links to it. Journalists may use the press photography for editorial coverage of Retail Congress MENA with a credit to MECSR (see the Media page). Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

  • Do not share the password with anyone outside your organisation.
  • Do not download, copy, record, republish or share the recordings, or links that unlock them.
  • We may change the password or withdraw access at any time.

Short clips and summaries that the site makes available for sharing may be shared as the site allows.

05Your personal data

How we handle the personal data you send through the forms is explained in the privacy notice.
